The Institute for Neurodegenerative Diseases (IND)
A research institute for neurodegenerative diseases seeking to amplify its groundbreaking work.
The Challenge:
The Institute for Neurodegenerative Diseases (IND), a research institute committed to the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases led by renowned neurologists Dr. Richard Isaacson and Dr. Kellyann Niotis, needed to rebrand and establish itself as a leader in preventive neurology.
The Approach:
Conducted stakeholder interviews, a competitive analysis, and brainstorming sessions to determine the clear steps needed to re-establish and re-launch the IND brand. We developed a fresh, modern logo and a new website (ind.org) that encapsulates the full scope of the brand's ambitions. We also developed a thought leadership program for IND's executives to lay the groundwork for a successful re-launch.
Results:
Helped secure coverage in CNN, The Wall Street Journal, Dr. Sanjay Gupta's documentary, “The Last Alzheimer’s Patient,” and more. IND's refreshed brand continues to bolster the organization's credibility and attract interest from the media, key stakeholders, and donors across the landscape.
