The Challenge:
Tax Guard, a PE-backed and emerging financial services offering, needed to position the company for a substantial exit within two years.
The Approach:
Activated a robust content strategy to educate key audiences about Tax Guard's use cases. We also created and executed a thought leadership strategy to further brand credibility and drive regular press mentions.
Results:
Tax Guard was successfully sold in September 2023 at a significant valuation. In addition to a steady cadence of content creation, we have established a continuous beat of media briefings, coverage, and placements. We also launched Tax Guard's CEO’s LinkedIn profile, which has become a vessel for information sharing and interactions with employees and customers.
