The Challenge:

Optimizely needed to rationalize a series of acquisitions and lead the category of niche, AI-enabled SaaS against competitors with capability parity.

The Approach:

Crafted a comprehensive communications strategy for the Optimizely brand and executive team to support the category creation process. We established a cohesive vision and value proposition through an ongoing cadence of multimedia content creation, bespoke events, and PR.

Results:

Developed and placed recurring blog and thought leadership content across top-tier publications, social media, and the Optimizely website to strategically align with major product launches. Our team also created and distributed all content for Optimizely's annual flagship customer conference, Opticon.
