The Challenge:
Ahead of its June 2026 opening, JFK’s New Terminal One initiated the search for a successor CEO, necessitating immediate reputation and crisis management to ensure the project’s daily operations could remain undisrupted.
The Approach:
Engaged with key stakeholders and developed a comprehensive crisis communications plan, including a cascading communication sequence and formulated media messages in anticipation of a potential press leak.
Results:
The CEO transition was successfully kept discreet. Daily operations proceeded as usual, and project progression continued as planned.
