Hogfish

A regenerative arts production company attracting new audiences and donors.

The Challenge:

Hogfish, a multi-faceted performing arts center in Maine, needed a defined strategy to recruit both audiences and donors.

The Approach:

Compiled a thorough stakeholder relations strategy and defined messaging for each of Hogfish's key audiences. We produced a sequence of branding and design assets to serve as the foundation for the team's events strategy, fundraising collateral, partnerships, and press coverage.

Results:

Hogfish met its year-one fundraising goal, recruited an audience for two separate events, launched a refreshed website, and secured crucial press coverage that established its presence as an institution in the region.
