To grow its business, DoZen needed to differentiate itself from the industry-leading enterprise intranet provider SharePoint, emphasizing its personalization, generative AI capabilities, and customer service.

The Approach:

Developed a comprehensive suite of thought leadership for DoZen's executives, including white papers, blog content, interactive web features, and conference appearances, to drive the brand's messaging to a wider audience.

Results:

The DoZen team appeared at Gartner's Digital Workplace summit, equipped with content and event materials to drive their success. We also created 12 blogs, 3 white papers, and a web glossary of employee experience terminology for DoZen's brand, which continues to inform their communications efforts today.
