The Challenge:

Bentley Systems, the global infrastructure engineering software company, was evolving. In light of a historic CEO transition and a strategic refocusing of their business on digital twins, the company needed to align their global workforce behind a new brand mission.

The Approach:

Developed a new brand narrative and rolled it out to the entire organization with strategic messaging for specific business groups. We conducted extensive stakeholder interviews, shadowed executive leadership meetings, and attended global Bentley conferences to understand the company's strategic needs and future direction.

Results:

Bentley Systems' new enterprise narrative continues to inform the company's messaging across channels today, from internal communications efforts to executive thought leadership to the company's annual Year in Infrastructure event.
