A new executive advisory platform redefining its market position post-merger.

The Challenge:

Following the merger of Executive Platforms and Board.org, a new leadership team needed to unite the company under a new brand without sacrificing existing brand equity, employee engagement, and customer loyalty.

Interviewed key stakeholders to determine a new brand name, visual identity (including custom illustrations), voice & tone, and narrative with the power to unite teams behind a fresh vision. We worked with the team to devise a rollout plan that would introduce the brand to all stakeholders without disrupting user experience.

Results:

Successfully launched the new Assemble brand, website, and messaging, employing a phased rollout strategy that honored pre-existing brands and clientele while creating opportunity for the new platform to shine. Secured an exclusive interview with Semafor, a new media company that embodies Assemble’s position in the media landscape.
